According to the EFCC, Sylvan McNamara (owned by Obanikoro’s sons, Babajide and Gbolahan) received N4.75 billion arms funds from the former NSA’s office between April 4, 2014, and December 15, 2014.
EFCC claimed to have documentary proof, that a total of N4.745 billion was paid into the Diamond Bank account of Sylvan McNamara during the period.
For these reasons, Babajide and Gbolahan Obanikoro were declared WANTED in 2016.
Today, Babajide Obanikoro is one of the APC House of Reps candidates in Lagos.
So is he no longer WANTED by the EFCC?
Mind you, it is because of the same N4.745bn (paid into the account of company belonging to Babajide and Gbolahan Obanikoro) that EFCC is prosecuting Fayose.
Musiliu Obanikoro, who allegedly collected N4.745bn from Dasuki is now in the US. His son, in whose company’s account the money was paid is a candidate of the APC.
Isn’t this a wonderful way to fight corruption?
All these too shall pass.
