Barrister Julie Okah-Donl, Chairman National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), has issued a stern warning to everyone who makes insensitive comments about rape.
Barrister Julie made it known in a recent broadcast that anyone who justifies rape will be arrested and treated as a suspect.
There have been lots of insensitive comments on Facebook and other social media platforms in recent time where people make utterances and justify the irksome habit, rape.
It has now been pronounced by the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) boss that justifying rape is highly prohibited and anyone who fails to comply with the directive will be penalized.
