Shettima will cry until he confesses about Chibok girls – Fani-Kayode.

A former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has mocked the Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima, after the latter broke into tears on Monday in Abuja while in a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari over insurgency in the northeast.

Mr Shettima recounted that before 2015, Boko Haram had almost completely overrun the state, occupying many local government areas because the state government did not receive the necessary support from Goodluck Jonathan-led government.

Mr Fani-Kayode, however, in a message on Twitter on Tuesday said that Shettima’s tears would not stop until he reveals his role in the abduction of Chibok girls.

“The Governor of Borno wept about the plight of his people in the hands of Boko Haram during a meeting with Buhari.

“The truth is until he confesses about the role he played in the abduction of the Chibok girls and tells us why he and friends started Boko Haram his tears will flow,” Fani-Kayode wrote.
