The Author Of “Evidence Law In Action”, Chief Cyprian Okafor Anah, SAN, has passed on.

The death and triumphant exit of the scholar occurred on the evening of Sunday, the 24th March, 2019 after a brief illness.

He was born on the 30th September, 1935. He hailed from Umuhu Village, Adazi-Ani in Anambra state of Nigeria.

He was a one time Chairman of Onitsha branch of the Nigerian Bar Association.

He was an active Bar man and has written so many books.

He is survived by his wife Lady Pat Anah, daughters, Adaeze Anah Esq, Ngozi Anah Esq, Obinna Anah Esq., Chidima Anah and his Nephew, Ogbachalu Abuchi Goshen Esq.

Recall that sometime last year, Chief C.O Anah, SAN, lost his brother who was also a Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, Senator Nathaniel N. Anah (SAN) Ozoigbondu.
